Cal Production Suite
Audit tells you where you stand. Pulse tells you why you’re there. Cal decides what to do about it, one month at a time, and every piece on the calendar traces back to a gap that’s open right now.
Why one month at a time
A quarterly calendar is aimed at problems that were true in January. By the time you publish in March, the gap it was written for may have closed, moved, or been taken by somebody else. Cal builds one month, against this month’s reading. The work stays pointed at what is actually open, and the quality holds because nothing is being written on a guess.
Reads
The findings from Audit, then the plan from Pulse.
Returns
A planned month of work with a researched brief for every piece.
Why it’s different
Built to fill gaps, not cannibalise them. Nothing new is aimed at a keyword you already hold.
Step by step
01
Takes the diagnosis
Cal starts with what Audit measured and what Pulse worked out. The causes, the gaps worth closing, and the topics you could realistically win.You can run the Production Suite on its own. Cal will work from a calendar you upload, and Write will produce against it. The knowing is then your job. Cal can only aim at the gaps you’ve already identified yourself.
02
Enriches each topic
Live keyword data runs across the universe for every topic on the list, so volume and difficulty are current rather than remembered.
03
Writes the brief
Each piece gets a full brief. Target keyword, content type, angle, and the existing URL if it’s a refresh rather than something new.
04
Hands it to Write
The finished month goes to Write as a set of briefs, in order, with a date on each one. Write never decides what to write. It writes what Cal hands it.
Planning a month of content stops being a meeting. It arrives already decided, already researched, ready to hand to Write.
